Q: How long is the warranty on my TLTBoard?
A: Every TLTBoard is covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the shipping date. It covers defects in materials or assembly.

Q: What’s not covered under warranty?
A: Normal wear parts (wheels, tires, bearings, decks, bumpers, rubber bands), crashes, reckless riding, soaking/submersion, modifications to electronics, and environmental damage (fire, flood, extreme freezing, lightning, etc.).

Q: Can I ride in rain or snow?
A: Yes — TLTBoard is designed for puddles, rain, and snow riding. What’s not covered is soaking or full submersion (e.g., underwater, deep mud, or snowbanks). If we see evidence of soaking, warranty is void.

Q: Can I repair my TLTBoard myself or with a shop?
A: Yes. Repairs are allowed. But if the repair causes damage, that damage won’t be covered.

Q: Can I return my board?
A: Yes — if it’s unused and unopened, within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies.

Q: What if I opened or rode the board?

A: If the board/accessory shows signs of use/riding, 60% of the price will be deducted from your refund if the board is in good shape. If it’s heavily used, no refund applies.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
